The biggest challenge I face every working day is answering your questions in the most personal way possible. The most diverse questions come along and every time I try to put myself in your situation as well as I can. A few years ago I was in the same place as you. Thanks to that period I have developed an empathy for our employees. I know very well how annoying it can be when your question remains unanswered for a long time or is not answered to your satisfaction.
