Cooking is my passion, so I spend a lot of my spare time doing that. The dream is to turn my hobby into my work. If I'm not busy getting you to work or answering your questions in regards to your salary. Then I'm busy fine tuning the most diverse culinary dishes.
The biggest challenge I face every working day is answering your questions in the most personal way possible. The most diverse questions come along and every time I try to put myself in your situation as well as I can. A few years ago I was in the same place as you. Thanks to that period I have developed an empathy for our employees. I know very well how annoying it can be when your question remains unanswered for a long time or is not answered to your satisfaction.
